Salmon, Cream Cheese & Olive Tapenade Wraps

Ingredients

  • 6 Fresh Tortilla Wraps
  • 6 Tablespoons of smooth cream cheese
  • 6 Tablespoons of Buffet Olives tapenade with capers & anchovies
  • 200g Smoked salmon or trout ribbons
  • 250g Baby spinach leaves
  • Lemon zest
  • Salt & Pepper

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and tapenade together.
  2. Place the wraps on a flat surface.
  3. Spread a layer of the tapenade mix onto each wrap.
  4. Add a layer of salmon / trout ribbons.
  5. Season to taste and add some lemon zest.
  6. Add a layer of baby spinach leaves.
  7. Carefully roll each wrap and cut into equal sections using a sharp knife.
  8. Add a little extra lemon zest on top before serving.
