METHOD

Preheat oven to 180°. Place in an oven dish 1 can chopped peeled tomatoes, 1 chopped red pepper, handful mini tomatoes, 8 chicken breasts and 1 packet drained Buffet Olives with pimento drained. Bake for 35 min until chicken is cooked. Serve with rice.
