Olive and Feta Scones

INGREDIENTS

- 2 cups flour - 4 tsp baking powder - Pinch of salt - 1 block cubed feta - Half cup Buffett olives chopped - 1 egg - 1/4 cup milk - Thyme spice - 20 ml Olive oil - 50g butter - Sesame seeds

METHOD

Sift flour,baking powder and salt. Add thyme and Olive oil. Add olives and cubed feta. Add soft butter. Make into breadcrumbs. Add milk and eggs. Mix with knife. Roll out onto surface cut out with scone cutter ,place on tray, sprinkle sesame seeds and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Enjoy with cheese, a dollop of jam or as is.
