Garlic Pepper Steak

INGREDIENTS

- 1kg Steak cut in strips - 8 Garlic Cloves (sliced) - Mushrooms - Green pepper - Olives of your choice

METHOD

Pre heat oil, add washes steak strips and let it sizzle for 5 minutes, now add your sliced garlic, salt and pepper, and let it all fry together for a further 10 minutes. Add green pepper and mushrooms with 2 table spoons cake flower and a half cup water and cover the pan and let it simmer for a further 5-10 minutes, Add 2 packets of Olives green and purple, and stir for about 2 minutes. Serve with pasta of your choice.
