Pepper prawns and Olive fiesta

INGREDIENTS

- 4 tomatoes grated - 2 onions - Sliced green peppers - 2 green chillies - 1 sprig of curry leaves - Salt - 1/2 tsp crushed ginger garlic - 1/4 tsp chilli powder - 1/4 tsp turmeric - 2 tablespoon oil - Buffett olives( green)

METHOD

Clean prawns and flash fry in garlic butter with black pepper and fresh thyme. CHUTNEY: Fry onions and green peppers in oil. Add green chilies, tomatoes, curry leaves, Buffet Olives ,salt and pinch of sugar. When done add prawns to Olive chutney and serve on a bed of rice. Garnish with coriander.
