Chicken, Mushroom and Olive Pie

INGREDIENTS

- Steamed chicken shredded - Mushrooms - Olives

METHOD

Fry onion nice and brown Add the shredded chicken and lower your stove heat, add salt, pepper and 3 cloves Now fry the mushrooms in butter, add 2 tbl spoons flower and a half cup water to get a mushroom sauce Now add the mushrooms to the chicken and simmer slowly for about 10 minutes Let it cool and add 2 packets of Olives and mix When the mixture is complete cold cut pastry dough in requiered sizes. Spoon the chicken mixture and press close with a fork, Apply egg before putting it in the oven Serve with a salad of your choice
