Festive Greek Salad

INGREDIENTS

- 1 head of lettuce - 1 Cucumber - 1 red peppers - 1 red onion - 2 rounds feta cheese - Cocktail tomatoes - Salad dressing - Green Olives - Calamata olives

METHOD

Wash and prepare veggies according to your size and preference. Take a casserole dish and layer 1st bed of lettuce, then add chopped tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers and peppers. Finish off with olives and feta cut into cubes. Drizzle salad dressing when serving on plate so salad is always crispy. Served as a main or accompaniment to roast lamb or chicken.
