Chicken and Olive Pasta

INGREDIENTS

- 2 chicken fillets sliced and steamed - Boil pasta in salt and water with oil ( used half packet) - 1 onion chopped - 1 tomato cubed - Crushed garlic - Fresh thyme - Salt - 1 cup mixed frozen veggies - Soy sauce - Mixed herbs - Black pepper - 1 tsp hot chili powder - A tsp butter - 1 tablespoon Olive oil - Buffet Olives (green)

METHOD

Fry onion Add tomato, thyme, crushed garlic, tomatoes and mixed veggies Add chili powder, black pepper, mixed herbs and Buffet Olives Let it cook for 5 - 7 minutes, add soy sauce Steam chicken drain, add barbecue spice and fry with black pepper and mixed herbs, origanum Add to veggies, boil pasta and drain Add to veggies and chicken Enjoy with Veri Peri sauce
