Chops and Olive Chutney

INGREDIENTS

- 1 tsp garam masala - 1/4 tsp turmeric - Crushed chillies - 1tsp ginger garlic - 4 grated tomatoes - Fresh thyme - 3 tsp chilli powder - Sprinkle of sugar

METHOD

Marinate meat with 3 tsp chilli powder. Steam for 20 minutes with oil and salt. Fry in oil, add onion, chillies and Buffet olives. Serve with fresh rolls and a salad.
