Tomato Salsa

INGREDIENTS

- 4 large tomato’s – choppe - 2 cans of Buffet Olives Pimento Stuffed olives - 1 bunch of green salad onions – finely chopped - 2 Tbsp of chopped basil or dhania - ½ cup of olive oil - 2 Tbsp of balsamic vinegar - Pinch of sea salt - Pinch of black pepper

METHOD

Chop tomato’s (not too finely) and put in bowl Drain and slice Pimento Stuffed Buffet Olives. Add to bowl. Chop green salad onions and add to bowl. Chop or tear leaves of basil and/or dhania and add to bowl. In separate bowl: mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sea salt and pepper to taste. Pour the mixture into the bowl. Fold the salsa together Enjoy!
