INGREDIENTS

- 500g packet self rating flour - 1 packet white onion soup powder - 500ml buttermilk - 1 cup grated cheddar - 3 cloves crushed garlic - 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary - 1 packet chopped Buffet black pitted olives

METHOD

Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix together Place in a greased loaf tin and cover with some more grated cheddar Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 mins Perfect anytime but especially for a braai with dollops of butter!
