Calamata Style Butter Spread

INGREDIENTS

1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped 1/3 cup (heaping) pitted Calamata Style Buffet Olives 1/8 teaspoon salt, or to taste Pepper to taste

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. 2. Puree until garlic and olives are mixed into butter at the desired texture. 3. Spread over toasted bread or crackers and enjoy!
