Dirty Martini

INGREDIENTS

- 2 oz Gin (60ml) - 1 tablespoon Dry Vermouth (45ml) - 2 table spoons of olive brine (90ml) - 2 Olives

METHOD

First place a cocktail glass containing an ice cube and a small amount of water in the freezer for 2 to 3 minutes. Fill a mixer with all the ingredients and shake three to four times. Empty the cocktail glass and strain the contents of the mixer into it. Add one of the olives to the drink and serve.
